چکیده
The consideration that end-of-life mobile phones are hazardous wastes is likely to be controversial with those who might be unaware that cell phones contain hazardous substances and as such will be regulated under the international definitions of hazardous waste once they are discarded. However this matter has largely been resolved for us by the definitions found in the Basel Convention and by the fact that much is already known about the hazardous contents of a typical mobile phone.
